Day 1: Drive from Nairobi to Amboseli National Park
After breakfast on your 3-day Amboseli safari experience, meet our knowledgeable and experienced safari guide, who will welcome and give you a brief rundown of what to expect during this amazing safari. After that, you will check out of your lodge and head to Amboseli National Park, which is about 5-hour drive away. You will arrive in time to check into your lodge for lunch. After lunch, you will have some downtime before going on an afternoon walk through Masai town with a local Masai Mara guide. During this walk, you will interact and enjoy the cultural stroll with the Masai Mara people here, and then make your way back to the resort for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 2: Game drives in the plains of the Amboseli National Park
You will wake up early and have breakfast. Head out to Amboseli National Park for a full day of game viewing with your safari guide waiting for you outside. After getting your packed lunch, which has been prepared by the lodge, you will depart for the park. Enjoy an additional early morning and nighttime game drive here. During the day game drive, you will spend the entire day in the wild and see a variety of species, including buffaloes, giraffes, and elephants, among many more. Following the day game drive, you will return to the lodge for a little period of relaxation and to go on a few short nature walks. Later, you will return to the lodge to get ready for the night game drive.
This will begin when you drive to the park’s plains at 6:00 p.m. The nocturnal animals—animals that become active at night—that you may have missed during the day can be seen during night game drives. Sport lights are used for game drives, during which you can see a variety of animals, including lions, leopards, and many more nocturnal creatures. After that, you will return to your lodge for dinner and the night.
Day 3: Drive back from Amboseli National Park to Nairobi city for departure
This final day marks the end of our stunning safari. You will have breakfast, check out of the lodge, and then head back to the park for an early morning game drive to catch a final look at the animals, which include Lions, Buffaloes, Elephants, Leopards, and cheetahs and antelopes. After lunch, you will check out of the lodge and head to Nairobi, where you will be dropped off at your hotel or at the international airport for your return flight home.
