Day 1: Travel to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park for the 3-days Uganda Gorilla Trek in Bwindi.
On arrival at Entebbe International Airport, one of our customer care representatives will welcome you and assign a safari guide to you. Then, you will be driven to your hotel in Entebbe town for breakfast. From there, a journey of 8–9 hours will start at 6:30 am, taking you through Kampala southwards to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park while you marvel at the breathtaking terraced landscapes en route. You will stop at the Equator for refreshments and photo sessions before proceeding to Mbarara for lunch. After lunch, you will continue your scenic drive to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park via Kabale town. Finally, you will spend the night at Gorilla Leisure Lodge, Icumbi Gorilla Lodge, or Lake Mulehe Gorilla Lodge in Rushaga.

Day 2: Gorilla Tracking in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park.
On your 3 days of Uganda Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi, after breakfast, your guide will take you to Ruhija Park headquarters for a briefing session concerning rules and regulations before heading into the forest for a gorilla hike. This hike can take anywhere from 30 minutes to 7 hours, depending on the location of the habituated gorilla family Mountain gorillas are known to be quite mobile when searching for food. If you happen to come across these unique animals, you will have an incredible hour to observe their stunning and distinctive features, as well as their fascinating behaviours, while capturing photos to remember the experience. Upon completion, you will receive a certificate at the park headquarters to commemorate your gorilla tracking experience in Uganda. After tracking gorillas in Bwindi, you can either return to the lodge for a relaxing evening or take a nature walk or cultural tour to interact with the Batwa families on the forest’s outskirts. Gorilla Leisure Lodge offers overnight accommodations together with Icumbi Gorilla Lodge or Lake Mulehe Gorilla Lodge.

Day 3: The 3 Days Uganda Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi and back to Kampala/Entebbe.
After breakfast, you will be driven back to Kampala or Entebbe for your post-tour accommodation. Alternatively, you may choose to fly out of Uganda on the last day of your tour. On your way back, you will have another opportunity to stop at the Equator crossing to take photos, buy souvenirs, or simply relax before continuing your journey to Kampala/Entebbe.
Note:
The main destination of the tour is Entebbe, a city located on the shores of Lake Victoria in Uganda. At the end of the tour, there will be no accommodation provided. However, breakfast and lunch will be served, along with mineral water for drinks. Please note that the tour does not include any other meals or beverages.
